Henkle Middle School Vs. Stevenson

The Henkle Middle School teams had a rough time against Stevenson. All three Henkle teams were beaten by Stevenson. The blended team played the best of the three teams and only lost by a score of 24-30. Miguel Perez says that "the blended team would have won the game if they made more of their free throws." Henkle's 7th grade team was also beaten, but by a wider margin, the score was 10-40. According to Ian Whidden, Henkle played better against Stevenson in the second half when the team went from playing man to man defense to 2-3 zone. Josh Lewis says that the seventh grade team would have done better if they had more intensity and focus. The eighth grade team from Henkle was beaten 29-48.
